Delete Your Account

hearto — Human Only Social App

You can permanently delete your hearto account and all of its data at any time, directly from the app. No web form or support ticket is required.

How to delete your account

Open the hearto app and sign in.
Go to Profile → menu (☰) → Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. It takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile (username, bio, avatar, email)
All posts and photos you've shared
Comments and likes you've made
Direct messages you've sent and received
Your followers/following relationships

This action cannot be undone, and there is no recovery period — deletion is immediate and permanent.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in and need your account deleted, contact us at wli950574@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we'll process the deletion manually.
